In Your Eyes, I See

Loneliness blossomed in the mirror of your eyes, A stark reflection of a chasm we couldn't disguise. Our vows, once whispered, now scattered on the breeze, Emptied promises, rustling through the trees.
I saw it all, a silent, knowing gaze, The unspoken truth in every fleeting phase. A fragile vessel, my heart, unable to bear, The weight of this knowledge, a despair beyond compare. For in your eyes, a universe I yearned to explore, Now a desolate expanse, forevermore.
Your tears, a haunting symphony, a mournful refrain, Whispered of doubts, a lingering, agonizing pain. "I'm not perfect," 😇But who among us walks a path beneath a flawless sky? Let us bridge the divide, these differences we hold, Stay with me, my love, let your story unfold. Perhaps my fears, a phantom of the night, A misjudged reflection, a distorted light.
Oh, this brooding mind, a labyrinth of despair, Where hopeless thoughts find refuge, a suffocating lair. A new broom sweeps clean, they say, a well-worn truth, But the old brush knows the corners, the forgotten youth. I'll shed the old skin, embrace the dawn anew, And wipe away the tears, a promise I'll pursue. Why does the past, a specter of the night, Haunt the present, casting shadows so long and deep? My failures, a bitter echo, a regret I can't escape, The weight of my shortcomings, a burden I must shape. But I've turned the page, left those shadows behind, Stay with me, my love, let us a new destiny find.

Love, once a vibrant verb, now a timeless noun, A constant, unwavering, a love without renown. No fleeting moments, no fleeting, fleeting embrace, But a love eternal, a timeless, sacred space. I seek not your body, a vessel I've known for years, But the spirit within, banishing all my fears. An angel in person, not a person in disguise, The essence of love, a reflection in your eyes.

Each dawn, my gaze seeks yours, a ritual I hold dear, Exploring the depths, year after year. A journey into your heart, a city I yearn to know, Its rhythm, its pulse, the way its currents flow. For in your eyes, I find beauty's true design, A reflection of the divine, a love truly sublime. Your heart, a serene oasis, where my soul can find its peace, To gaze upon your eyes, my weary heart's release. Though shadows may linger, and doubts may arise, My love for you, a beacon that forever will rise.

NEVER LOSE HOPE (A POEM)

NEVER LOSE HOPE Oh hope, how I wish you were so simple! How everyone craves you at your best! How optimistic are the minds that are on your riddle! Summing up life without you, futile is the rest. With you either a child or an adult survives, Shattered are the hearts that yearns you, Happy are the folks that possess you, Regardless of the background, with you, happiness evolves. Peeping in the morning dawn, any eye apprehends, Flying are birds chirping and murmuring in the air, Wind is clattering and hissing through trees, what a fresh-air! Gazing the elegancy of creation, by then I know hope transcends. Sitting down enjoying the beauty of the sky, The sun gleaming, people glad with their heads held high, Working hard is possible, we waved off being mope, Life keeps sparkling, because we still have got hope. Through life's unfairness, disappointments may rise, Through people's imperfections, deceit may prise, Hope is the la...

Inspire me more part 1 : Learn from your mistakes

Inspire me more part 1: learning from your mistakes. Mistake. Etymologically mis for bad and take,M-I-S-T-A-K-E? A sounding word of nine letters, how can committing an unintentional error make you feel less of yourself? Mistake? One of the things you won't live to regret. Mistake, a word? Come on there has got to be something more! It affects much, oneself and livelihood. Just as Albert Einstein once said "anyone who hasn't committed any mistake has never tried something new" almost every successful experiment, I repeat almost, was preceded by couples of mistakes, but how many see them as trials even when events are afterwards successful? When Thomas Edison was inventing a light bulb,he tried about 999 times before he tried again to a 1000 time and it was successful, got it? 999 mistakes which he later called attempts, and yes they are and one more good turn made them attempts not mistakes! got it now? almost if not all of us have at least  made mistakes, but ho...
